What we deliver
FinzBooks is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We don't ship physical goods. Everything is delivered electronically over the internet.
When you get access
Access is instant. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the subscription is activated on your account and all paid-tier features become available. You'll see them reflected in Settings → Billing within seconds, and a confirmation email lands in your inbox shortly after.
You access the Service at https://app.finzbooks.com in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Geographic availability
FinzBooks is built for businesses operating in India and supports Indian GST, TDS, TCS, and PAN-based compliance. The Service is accessible globally over the internet, but features like e-Invoice, e-Way Bill, GSTIN verification, and IRP integration only work for India-registered entities with valid GSTINs.
If activation doesn't happen
In the rare case your subscription doesn't activate within 15 minutes of a successful payment:
- Check Settings → Billing → Payment history for the status.
- Sign out and back in once.
- Email gigi@finzbooks.com with your registered email address and the Razorpay payment ID. We'll resolve it within 1 business day. Refunds (if applicable) follow our Refund Policy.
Data hosted in India
Your data — invoices, contacts, ledgers, and uploaded documents — is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). We don't replicate your data outside India except for transient AI-extraction calls; see our Privacy Policy for the full data-flow map.
